Q: What are the shipping options?
A: We offer Free Courier Post Delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $39 NZD. A flat rate $4.00 NZD is applied for order under $39 NZD.

You can expect to receive your items within 3 - 5 working days after confirming your order. 

We also deliver to Rural addresses at an additional charge $4.50 - please allow an extra 2 - 3 days for rural delivery.

Australia: flat rate non tracked $13 NZD is applied to all orders. Tracked delivery is $21 NZD

Free delivery on all orders over $89 NZD

International:  flat rate shipping charge $20 NZD is applied to all orders. Tracked delivery is $28 NZD

Free delivery on orders over $170 NZD

Q: What are the Refund/ Return Policy?
A: Please choose your product and shades carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any products for change of mind and items ON SALE/ DISCOUNT/ CLEARANCE. All change of mind refunds are at the discretion of HSH BEAUTY, if we do offer a refund it will be issued by a gift card/ voucher (any delivery charges will not be refunded).
Exchange products due to change of mind must be returned (at your own expense) with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in new, unused, unopened, unmarks condition and in original packaging.
Q: What are the Refund/ Return Options?
A: If the product is faulty, incorrect or damaged upon arrival we can offer replacement depending on the specific situation.
SALE/ CLEARANCE items are not applied for change of mind refund.
Please contact us ASAP within 14 days of receiving your product for a proper solution. If 14 days have gone by since your receiving your products, we are unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
Q: Can I change my delivery address if an order hasn't been shipped yet?
A: It depends on the time passed after you have placed the order that we may able to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as you received an order confirmation, be aware that a change of address can delay the delivery by 1 - 2 working days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address once it has been dispatched. 
Q: Returned/ Unclaimed Parcel
A: If the parcel returned to us due to any reason we will contact you to inform what was happened. We usually can refund the order amount less the shipping fee or we can resend the product but you will be asked to pay for the shipping cost to send it again.

Q: Customs fees/ taxes on International orders: 
A: Please be aware that any import duties/ taxes or customs charges are responsible by the customer, those fees are not covered or refunded by HSH BEAUTY and are beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries customs in a resaleable condition we will refund you the value of the order less any shipping fees incurred to us. 
Customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on import duties/ taxes or customs clearance.
